FEEL Feel and sink into what you are experiencing this moment in your body. Notice what feelings and sensations you are experiencing.
WELCOME Welcome God’s presence – welcome what you are experiencing right now as an opportunity to consent to the Holy Spirit’s indwelling.
LET GO Let go – release, as an act of trust, by saying the following sentence: I let go of my desire for security, affection, control and embrace this moment as it is.
