Sunhills Community Church

In the fall of 2009, we began a ministry partnership with a local church in Hosamane, India. For Christmas of that year we were able to provide gifts for the children of the village.  That bond has continued to grow, and in June 2010 we started the Hosamane Project – a commitment by SunHills to provide 50 children in Hosamane with one meal per day.  The cost is $12 per child per month – a total of $600.  (To hear the audio introduction of the Hosamane Project from our June 20, 2010 Sunday service, click here.)

Angel Warrior, a part of The Seed Group, has been involved with our Hosamane Project.  She traveled to India this past summer and was able to visit the Child Development Center, which had recently opened.  It provides the daily meal (mentioned above) and outreach for the children in Hosamane. 25 children have been selected so far to participate in this program. We rejoice and thank God for the privilege of sharing in this.
