WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FOLLOW CHRIST?
Roman 2:20 – I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but it is Christ who lives within me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
This summer we want students to understand that Christ followers. . .follow Christ. Although many people in our culture have identified as a “Christian”, there is often a misunderstanding of how Jesus defines following. Even the earliest followers of Christ wrestled with the same questions we face today: “How do we follow a God we cannot see?” We will see how Jesus himself answers this question, and enables us to follow Him through His Spirit and the Church.
