This is the fourth year for our annual SunHills Fall Retreat! This retreat is for all of those who call SunHills their church home and for their friends. We are looking forward to “Building Relationships and Unifying Our Church” through …
The weekend …
Camp begins on Friday, September 18th (arrival 4-7pm) and ends on Sunday, September, 20 after lunch. Throughout the weekend we will play, pray, eat together, experience awesome worship, and learn more about God’s love and design for our lives. This is an excellent opportunity to make some new friendships and reconnect or enrich existing ones.

The retreat is located at the beautiful Alliance Redwoods Conference Grounds in Occidental, California near the Russian River east of Bodega Bay. It is approximately 2 ½ hours from El Dorado Hills. We have Lodge Level rooms which includes a private toilet, sink, and shower inside your room and all linens. Activities …
During the weekend you will have the opportunity for some great recreation time with your family and friends. The activity options are numerous and include hiking, pool tables, Human Pinata**, ping pong, beaches, Zip Line**, playground, volleyball, swimming, skateboard park, basketball.
**Reservations and fees are required for these activities.
Cost …
The cost of $115/adult (age 13 and up) and $80/child (age 6-12) includes lodging, all meals beginning with Saturday morning breakfast, all programs and a variety of activities. Some activities require a fee as described previously.
Misc ...
We are asking each family to bring a snack in a disposable container to share during the weekend for in-between-meal treats. If your last name begins with the letters A – L, please bring a dessert to share (one-dozen cookies, brownies, etc.) If your last name begins with the letters M – Z, please bring a healthy snack to share (fruit, vegetables, nuts, crackers, etc.).
Space is limited and accommodations will be honored on a 1st-come-1st-served basis.
Registrations are not refundable.
What do I do now?
Register at the registration table in the lobby on Sunday morning beginning Sunday, August 2 with a deposit of $25 per person. You can also register on-line by clicking the RSVP link below. Keep in mind that your deposit holds your spot, so online registration will still require payment of the deposit at Sunday’s registration table OR you may mail your deposit to Kristin Lyle,
Payment in full is due by September 6.
