SunHills April Update

We’ll keep this month’s update brief as we look at our upcoming Sundays:

April 3 –
  • Clint Davenport is leading worship.  It’s been great having him on-board as our full-time Director of Worship and Church Life.   We had an official introduction of Clint and Kate during our services on March 20 and we hope you have had a chance to get to know them a bit.
  • Our message series on FAITH continues with a message about obeying God and how faith gets worked out in our lives practically.
April 10 –
  • We will commission the Mexico team for their week of outreach in Ensenada.  The team leaves on Apr 16 and returns on the 23rd.  Please consider supporting this outreach and also continue to pray for the team and for the church they will be serving.   
  • Our FAITH message series will focus on desiring God and how faith can help us overcome temptation.
April 17 –
  • Palm Sunday – We’ll share a time of communion and hear our final message in the FAITH series about how fixing our eyes on Jesus empowers perseverance.
April 24 –
  • Easter!  Join us as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior Jesus! 
  • We are having three services:  8:30, 9:45 and 11:00 am.  Please note the change in times.
  • We always see lots of new faces at Easter, and with three service times we will have a need for additional help in our hospitality and children’s ministries.  Please consider serving during these special services.  For more information about how you can help, contact .
  • Easter is a special day to share with family and friends.  Be intentional in thinking about who you can invite to share in our celebration.
