We’re all about Jesus!

Jesus is at the center of all that we do. His love for us enables us to love and enjoy him in return, so we celebrate seeing people increasingly treasure God as their greatest joy and experiencing God’s love and grace in the gospel in ways that result in love, worship, trust, and obedience back to him.

We exist to lead people in finding joy in Jesus by making and maturing disciples of Jesus!

Our Game Plan

Pray for 2-5 people in your life who don’t know Jesus.

• Who are you praying for and reaching out to?

Invite them into conversations about Jesus.
• In the last 6 months, have you shared the gospel in such a way that somebody could give their life to Jesus?
Do life in a group.
• Do you have a place of gospel-centered community where you find accountability, friendship, healing and restoration?
Be discipled and disciple someone else.
• Are you in a discipleship relationship with 1 or 2 others where you meet at least twice a month to talk about your personal connection with God, where you can confess sin, and you’re supported in how you’re reaching out to others?

Here are some questions that should be a part of any meaningful discipleship relationship:
• How is your personal, daily connection with God? Where and how are you finding joy in Jesus? A good practice each day is 10 minutes reading God’s Word, 10 minutes in worship, and 10 minutes in prayer.
• Is there any sin in your life that you need to confess? Where are you not living in His love or showing it to others? Where are you pursuing satisfaction, significance, or security apart from Jesus?
• Who are you reaching out to? What’s the most significant investment you’re making with believers and non-believers?

This church belongs to Jesus — and we follow his leadership. Our leaders follow Jesus and encourage others to follow him as well.

Our beliefs represent the most simple and foundational beliefs of Christianity and capture the basic contours of Christian theology.

We believe in one God, creator of all things both visible and invisible, who is infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 8:6)
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ was both fully God and fully man, having been conceived supernaturally by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe He died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, arose bodily from the dead, was seen by many, and is now our advocate with God the Father in heaven. (Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1-14, 14:9; Colossians 1:15; Philippians 2:5-8; Matthew 1:18-25; 1 Peter 2:24-25; Luke 24:1-53; Hebrews 4:14-16; Acts 1:9-11)
Holy Spirit
We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to explain and unfold the reality of the person of Jesus Christ; and during this age to convict men of sin, regenerate the spirit of the believing sinner; and then to indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for right living and dynamic service for Christ in the world. (John 16:7-15; 2 Corinthians 3:18; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22-23; John 7:37-39; John 14:16-20)
We believe that man was originally created in the image of God but willfully chose to reject God, fell into sin, and is therefore lost. Such being the case, human beings can only regain intimate fellowship with God and salvation from eternal judgment through personal repentance from sin, the placing of their personal faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the subsequent regenerating work of the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:10-24; Romans 5:12-21; John 3:3; John 3:16; John 10:27-29; Acts 13:38-39; Acts 4:12)
The Bible
We accept the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God, without error in its original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:16-21)
The Church
We believe that the true church is composed of all people throughout human history who have placed their personal faith in Jesus Christ. These people have been joined in a unique relationship with each other forming a new society of people called “the Church” with Jesus Christ being the authoritative leader of this new community of people. (Acts 2:41-47; Ephesians 1:4-6, 13-14, 22-23, 2:1-22, 5:25, 32; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27) We believe that only those people who have placed their personal faith in Jesus Christ, and are thus regenerated by the Holy Spirit, shall be eligible for formal membership in a local church. (Acts 2:41-47)
Christ’s Return
We believe in the personal and imminent return of Jesus Christ to Earth again to judge the world and set up His eternal kingdom. This personal return has a vital bearing on the personal life and on the service of each believer who follows Him. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11; Revelation 20:1-6, Titus 2:11-14) We believe in the resurrection of the dead – the resurrection of believers to everlasting life and joy with the Lord in heaven, and the resurrection of unbelievers to judgment and the punishment of eternal separation from God in hell. (1 Corinthians 15:12-28; Revelation 19:19-20; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-12; 2 Corinthians 5:1)
